Smoothie
A simple recipe that provides you with
a quick, delicious and healthy way to start your day. Add
or substitute with your favourite fruit or juice.
Ingredients
1 cup Milk or soy milk
3/4 cup Orange juice
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Banana
1 cup Fresh or frozen berries (blackberries, raspberries,
strawberries, etc.)
1 Tbsp Whey or soy protein powder
1 Tbsp Udo's 3•6•9 Oil Blend
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
